By installing and using the Share Basket app (شارك سلتك) on your Shopify, Salla or Zid store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not install the app, or uninstall it.
1. The service
The app lets your store’s shoppers share the contents of their cart as a link, so the same products are added to the cart of whoever opens it. It also gives you a statistics page and share-button settings inside your store’s admin on Shopify, Salla or Zid.
2. Installing and uninstalling
- The app is installed and uninstalled through the app store of the platform your store runs on (Shopify, Salla or Zid).
- When you uninstall it, the share button stops appearing in your store and your store’s access tokens are deleted immediately. Links that were already shared may keep working until they expire.
3. Pricing and subscriptions
The app’s plans and prices are shown on its page in the Shopify App Store, the Salla App Store or the Zid App Market, and you subscribe and pay through that platform. The app starts with a free trial of 30 days on Shopify and 14 days on Salla and Zid, then needs a monthly or yearly subscription for the share button to stay visible. If prices change in the future, we will announce it before it applies to your subscription.
4. Merchant responsibilities
- Keeping product details, prices and stock in your store accurate; your store calculates price and availability when products are added to a cart.
- Not using the app for any activity that breaks the law or your platform’s policies (Shopify, Salla or Zid).
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send misleading or spam links, or try to disrupt the service or access it without authorization. We may restrict or suspend access in case of misuse.
6. Data and privacy
We handle data as described in our privacy policy. We do not collect personal data about your store’s customers.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times, but it is provided “as is” and may occasionally be affected by maintenance or by outages at our service providers or the e-commerce platform. We do not guarantee that the service will be free of interruptions or errors.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect losses or lost profits resulting from using, or being unable to use, the app. In all cases our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app during the three months before the claim, if any.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after an update is published means you accept it. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
